Synopsis

The Physicogeographic Regionalization of Michoacán is a classification of the landscapes of the Michoacan territory at different taxonomic levels, which allows the identification and distinction of spatial units on which it has been formed.
The main objective of the text has been to obtain a material, from the description of the physicogeographic regions, that can be useful to researchers and students whose work is related to the social and Earth sciences, which allows them to know the differentiation of the nature in the Michoacan space and identify the recent results of the appropriation and use of said territory by the social groups that inhabit it.
